Dear COSDEF Group LTD Team and Family,
In December 2010, I wrote down a vision which will later be called COSDEF Group LTD. On the 26th of January 2011 the first ever activity or you may call it project was carried under this vision.

11 years and some few months down the line, here we are as one big team driving this beautiful vision forward. Has it been all rosy? Definitely not. Have we failed? Yes we have failed many times. Are we still here? Yes yes, we are still here working hard everyday under God’s grace.

Placed under the theme “World of work: fight against Covid-19, protection of jobs and productivity”. As an institution over the years, we have remained dedicated in terms of taking consistent actions to protect you the employees like subsidizing health care bills, empower you to become better and productive through employee trainings, to intentionally create employee engagement activities like birthday surprise hangouts that will create a beautiful work culture for you to be happy and thrive.

I want to especially appreciate everyone for always going the extra mile for COSDEF Group’s customers. I have seen you work extra hours beyond closing time to serve our customers, I have seen you all go the extra mile over the weekend to serve our customers. Your commitment makes all the difference. You are here in COSDEF Group at this point in time because God has put you here to make a difference, to contribute your quota to change the world.

I will like to remind you all of our dedication to build a sustainable institution that will actively contribute to Africa’s economic growth. And for us to do this, our purpose and values as an institution matter a lot.

This is the moment for extra effort, for going the extra mile. As a team of 17 employees made up of men and women of extraordinary talent, passion and energy leading the subsidiaries of COSDEF Group LTD from The Center for Entrepreneurship, Leadership & Business Management Development (CELBMD) Africa, to Wikajobs Career Management Firm, to COSDEF Finance and to COSDEF Corporate Consulting hear me, your effort will make a huge difference to our company and to our society. While we have seen some success so far, we are hungry to do more. Our industry does not respect tradition, it only respects innovation and value addition.
